At the start of the test, the candidate is given 15 minutes to complete a tutorial on how to take the said examination. This time won’t be included in the time that it will take for one to answer the test which is four hours. For this exam, there are 200 multiple-choice questions that you should answer. Out of such questions, 30 are actually pre-trial questions and these are going to be used on the future examinations. The other questions are going to be totaled for one’s raw score. The candidate can flag the questions while going on and they may return to them later on in order to review the questions and also their answers. One can actually go back to make changes to the answers while there is time left. When one has left one question unanswered then such won’t be counted on the score. Get your NBCOT study guide here!

The other six and seven percent of the exam is on giving occupational therapy services that talk about the occupation performance requirements of various groups of individuals and endorsing the occupational therapy services.
